Choć wrzesień pozostaje miesiącem wolnym od zajęć dydaktycznych, nie jest miesiącem wolnym od nauki dla młodych naukowców z całego kraju, którzy, jak co roku, spotkali się w połowie września, by pod czujnym okiem Mistrzów uczyć się i doskonalić swój warsztat pracy w ramach Letniej Szkoły Młodych Pedagogów. Letnie Szkoły Młodych Pedagogów na stałe wpisały się w kalendarz konferencji i szkoleń organizowanych dla młodych naukowców (magistrów i doktorów). Co odróżnia LSMP od innych inicjatyw? Przede wszystkim to, że każdego roku jeden ośrodek naukowy pod patronatem Polskiej Akademii Nauk gromadzi w tym samym miejscu pokaźne grono wybitnych specjalistów – Mistrzów w zakresie dyscypliny czy obszaru, który w danym roku jest podejmowany oraz młodych pedagogów, którzy z jednej strony chcą się tej problematyce doskonalić, a z drugiej zaprezentować własny dorobek, koncepcję czy pomysł na rozwój naukowy (Fragment tekstu)

This article, prepared by an international team of researchers from different scientific areas, connected with ICT, e-learning, pedagogy, and other related disciplines, focuses on the objectives and some results of the international project IRNet. In particular, the article describes research tools, methods, and a procedure of the WP2, that is, analyses of legal, ethical, human, technical, and social factors of ICT and e-learning development, and the state of intercultural competences in partner countries: objectives, tasks, deliverables, and implementation of research trips. Researchers from Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Australia, Ukraine, and Russia analyzed the results of WP2 in the context of the next stages and Work packages of IRNet project – International Research Network

Report on the implementation of WP3 "Analyses and evaluation of the ICT level, e-learning and intercultural development in every participating country" in the framework of the IRNet project

This article, prepared by an international team of authors – researchers from different scientific areas, connected with ICT, e-learning, pedagogy, and other related disciplines – focuses on the objectives and some results of the IRNet international project. In particular, this article describes the research tools, methods and some procedures of the WP3 “Analyses and Evaluation of the ICT Level, E-learning and Intercultural Development in Every Participating Country”: Objectives, Tasks, Deliverables, and implementation of research trips. Except that, the article presents more important events, such as (video)conferences, seminars, workshops, an e-round table debate; among these events are ICTE2014, DLCC2014, “New Educational Strategies in Modern Information Space,” “Hightech information educational environment,” during which some more important results of the project research were presented. The list of publications includes 32 papers and a manuscript with WP3 results. Researchers from Poland, Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Czech Republic and Australia analysed the results of WP3 in the context of the next stages and Work packages of IRNet project – International Research Network

A guide, interpreter, ideologist or indoctrinator – a teacher in culturally diversified environment

Liczne zmiany o charakterze społecznym, politycznym, ale również technologicznym przyczyniły się do wprowadzenia kategorii zróżnicowania społecznego i kulturowego nie tylko do teorii nauk, ale przede wszystkim do praktyki życia codziennego. Autorka od lat prowadzi badania w środowisku zróżnicowanym kulturowo oraz pracuje z nauczycielami (polskimi i czeskimi), którzy realizują swoje działania dydaktyczno-wychowawcze w złożonych warunkach Pogranicza. Należy diagnozować potrzeby środowiska nauczycieli pracujących w warunkach środowiska zróżnicowanego kulturowo, jak i przygotować optymalny model kształcenia, który pozwoli pedagogom na radzenie sobie ze złożonością problemów społecznych i kulturowych, które w coraz większym zakresie stają się powszechne. Przedstawione w tekście typy/modele nauczycieli nie wyczerpują tematu, są jedynie wprowadzeniem i pewną autorską propozycją do dyskusji nad potrzebą skoncentrowania się na zagadnieniach wokół pedeutologii międzykulturowej.Numerous changes of social, political, and also technological nature have enhanced the introduction of the category of social and cultural diversification not only to scientific theory but also to daily life practice. Over many years, the author has conducted studies in the culturally diversified environment and worked with Polish and Czech teachers carrying out their educational activities in complicated conditions of the borderland. There is a necessity to diagnose the needs of teachers working in the conditions of cultural differentiation, as well as to prepare the optimal model of education, which will enable teachers to manage the complexity of more and more frequent social and cultural problems. The types/models of teachers introduced in the text do not use up the topic – they just constitute an introduction and the author’s suggestion for wider discussion on the need for focusing on the issues of intercultural pedeutology

Pomiędzy zmieniającym a byciem zmienianym : zmiana jako element zawodowego funkcjonowania nauczyciela

Change is a category which is permanently interwoven with the teacher’s career. Therefore, it seems significant how teachers define this notion and what their attitude to changes is. What is presented in this text are the analyses of the studies carried out among active teachers — such teachers who are outstanding in their professional and local environment due to actions they undertake and their involvement. In such a selected group, a positive attitude to change and innovation should prevail. Who else, though, if not such teachers, ought to change school reality and take part in social transformations

Discussion Paper on the Topic of More Adequate and Effective ICT Tools. Category: Tools for Making Didactic Videos

The article describes some preliminary results of the implementation of Work Package 4 (WP4) “Selection and testing new ICT tools” within a framework of the international research network IRNet and researchers from partner institutions from Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and Australia. These results concern analyzing and studying some categories of ICT tools for making didactic videos. The whole package period was divided into several main stages 1-5. The role of multimedia in teaching is considerable since they offer various information presentation formats simultaneously. The advantage of combining text, audio, images, animation, video and hyperlinks lies in the use of both main channels - visual and verbal - for making didactic videos in an efficient way. Features of an effective presentation and examples of computer programs which may be used for this purpose have also been shown in the paper. The authors presented a ranking list based on the quality and quantity assessment of choosing ICT tools, proposed some recommendations of features of good didactic videos and analyzed some mistakes users make most frequently while elaborating didactic videos
